Marett Properties develops and owns in joint venture or outright ownership a range of commercial and residential assets. The properties range from Apartment buildings, residential sub divisions to showroom, retail and commercial buildings.

Marett Property is the investment and development company of Brett Jones.

Mr Jones has over 30 years experience in the property industry and in all facets of project management and development. He has been responsible for the development of five major office developments in Melbourne and Perth and numerous shopping centre projects in Perth, Ballarat and Brisbane, including the Southlands Shopping Centre, Willetton and the Coles Erskine Centre in Mandurah. He holds valuation qualifications from Curtin University.
